Theo the Bear — the comfort companion that starts where every great comfort object starts, and then adds a silicone teether. The Itzy Ritzy Theo the Bear Itzy Lovey™ is a plush bear lovey made from soft Sherpa fabric with textured ribbons, crinkly arms and legs, and a silicone teether — the modern premium take on the classic teddy bear comfort object, with the sensory credentials and gum relief built into the character rather than requiring a second toy. Theo has the warm, timeless bear presence that makes this the lovey baby reaches for first at nap time and the one that travels to every location the nap might need to happen. At $14.99, Theo the Bear — the original comfort format, upgraded.

- SKU | 302801667
Why We Love It
- Theo the Bear in Sherpa fabric — the modern premium version of the classic teddy bear comfort object that baby has been reaching for since the beginning of nap time itself, now with the textured ribbons and crinkly arms that make the Itzy Lovey™ format the sensory upgrade the original stuffed bear never had.
- Crinkly arms and legs and textured ribbons give baby two distinct sensory discoveries — the gentle auditory feedback of the crinkle and the tactile variety of the ribbons on the same Sherpa bear character that is already the comfort object, which makes Theo considerably more engaging than a plain plush and considerably softer than anything that is only a teether.
- Silicone teether built into Theo means gum relief is always part of the comfort object rather than something to locate separately — the design that makes the bear the answer to both the comfort need and the teething need simultaneously, which is the most practical thing a lovey has ever done.
Perfect For
- Comfort, teething, and sensory play from the earliest months — the Sherpa bear lovey that starts as a multi-texture sensory toy, transitions into the silicone teether companion, and becomes the specific comfort object that goes to every nap, every car ride, and every location where Theo is needed, which is reliably everywhere.
- Baby shower gifts and classic bear fans — at $14.99, Theo the Bear is the Itzy Lovey™ that pairs naturally with the Bear Sweetie Rattle™ for a coordinated bear character gift set, and is the lovey that photographs as a teddy bear, plays as a sensory toy, and gets treated as a member of the family before the first week is out.
- Building the Itzy Ritzy bear collection — Theo the Bear Itzy Lovey™ alongside the Bear Sweetie Rattle™ makes the complete coordinated bear character set for the nursery where Theo is the comfort object and the Sweetie Rattle™ is the cause-and-effect toy and both of them are bears, which baby has decided is the correct number of bears.
