Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Tuesday–Saturday) after your order is placed.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM CST

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day whenever possible.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During new collection launches, sales, or the holiday season, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

We proudly offer FREE local delivery on orders of $40 or more within our eligible delivery area.

Most local deliveries are completed within 24 hours, with many delivered the same day after the store closes.
