Shake the teething blues away — in Cactus. The Itzy Ritzy Ritzy Rattle™ is a silicone rattle teether with a gentle rattle sound, two silicone rings for busy hands, and raised textures that soothe and massage sore gums — easy to grasp from 3 months, designed to coordinate beautifully with the Itzy Ritzy Sweetie Soothers™ silicone pacifiers for the nursery that has a system. The Cactus colorway brings a botanical-modern detail to the teething routine that looks as considered as it feels. At $8.99, the rattle teether that shakes, soothes, and matches.

- SKU | SR3003B
Why We Love It
- Gentle rattle sound responds to every shake with immediate auditory feedback — the cause-and-effect loop that makes the Ritzy Rattle™ the teether baby keeps returning to because something always happens when they move it.
- Two silicone rings keep baby’s hands occupied on both sides of the rattle — the grip design that gives baby two entry points instead of one and lets them switch hands, rotate, and explore the teether in every orientation available to a 3-month-old with strong opinions about which hand is currently correct.
- Raised textures on food-grade silicone soothe and massage sore gums across multiple surfaces — the teething relief that covers the full gum contact area rather than a single point, which turns out to matter considerably once the molars announce themselves.
Perfect For
- Teething and rattle play from 3 months — the Cactus silicone rattle teether that soothes gums, keeps hands busy, and gives baby a cause-and-effect audio reward every time they shake the thing they were already going to shake regardless.
- Coordinated nursery gifting — at $8.99, the Ritzy Rattle™ in Cactus pairs with the Itzy Ritzy Sweetie Soothers™ in the same colorway for the matching rattle-and-pacifier gift set that makes the most considered baby gift in the room at any price point near $20.
- Pairing with the Itzy Ritzy Itzy Mini Maracas™ and Bitzy Shake™ — maraca pair, dancing bead rattle, and Cactus rattle teether together make the complete Itzy Ritzy auditory and rhythm development collection for the baby whose shake game is already well established.
