Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day whenever possible.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During new collection launches, sales, or the holiday season, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Classy Rascals is not responsible for delays or deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.

Return Eligibility

Classy Rascals accepts returns of eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In their original condition
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, and signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags and packaging attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• All sale and clearance merchandise
• Gift cards
• Feeding, teething, bath, and personal care products that have been opened
• All squishy and sensory toys (including NeeDoh®, Dumpling Squishies, and similar products)

Returns may be completed in person at our Janesville boutique or mailed back to the store.

Please include the following with mailed returns:

• Your order number
• The item(s) being returned
• A brief reason for the return

Packages received without identifying information may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Classy Rascals, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Classy Rascals is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Please contact us before mailing the item back so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return after it arrives.
• Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

If a return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be declined and returned to you.

Exchanges

Because inventory changes quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges for specific sizes or styles.

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original eligible merchandise separately.

Eligible exchanges may also be completed in-store, subject to product availability.

Online Purchases Returned In Store

Eligible online purchases may be returned at our Janesville boutique within 30 days of purchase.

Please bring your order confirmation, packing slip, or order number to help us locate your purchase.

Gift Returns

Gift returns must meet all eligibility requirements and include a gift receipt or enough information for us to locate the original purchase.

Approved gift returns will be issued as store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to the gift recipient's original payment method.

Promotional Discounts

Refunds are issued based on the amount actually paid for the returned item after discounts or promotions have been applied.

If returning an item causes the original order to no longer qualify for a promotion, free gift, or order-level discount, the value of that offer may be deducted from the refund.

Return Abuse

To protect our small business, Classy Rascals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy or in cases of suspected fraudulent or excessive return activity.

We carry children's clothing from Preemie through Size 10. Size availability varies by brand.
